Rental deposit is 20% - 50% at time of booking (Depending on Property Owner) and balance is due 60 days prior to commencement of rental. (Depending on Property Owner) Deposits are refundable up to the 60 day deadline. However,50% cancellation fee applies if dates are not re-booked. Some Owners have a Non Refundable Policy on deposits.

 

The Balance is Non-Refundable after the 60 day deadline, however most owners are

willing to alter the dates according to availability.
